1. Information We Collect
When you use OneClaw's managed instances, we collect minimal operational data necessary to provision, support, and bill for your environment. This includes email addresses for communication, API keys (which are encrypted at rest and never accessed in plaintext), and aggregated platform telemetry.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is used strictly for operating the instance, providing customer support, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and processing payments. We do not use your proprietary workflow data, prompts, or model outputs to train AI models.
3. Sandboxing & Telemetry
By design, OneClaw runs isolated environments. We collect system-level telemetry (CPU, RAM, API error rates) to maintain uptime. Any telemetry captured is stripped of your proprietary inputs or outputs.
4. Your Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) Data
Your integration keys for GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini are stored using enterprise-grade encryption. Once deployed into an instance's hardware sandbox, OneClaw staff cannot extract your keys.
