Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By establishing contact and provisioning an instance through OneClaw, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Usage
OneClaw provisions managed infrastructure built on open-source OpenClaw architectures. You are responsible for the actions of autonomous agents running on your provisioned instances. Overusing compute beyond your plan's limits will result in rate-limiting or soft-capping of your instance.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Instances may not be used to launch cyberattacks, execute malicious logic, mine cryptocurrencies, or violate the Terms of Service of connected third-party providers (such as GitHub, OpenAI, or Anthropic). Violation of the AUP yields immediate instance termination.
4. API Keys & Liability
Users must provide their own API keys for model access. We are not liable for costs incurred from token usage by your managed agents. Please set hard limits on your AI provider accounts directly.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Given the heavy operational cost of provisioning isolated hardware buffers, all paid instances are non-refundable after successful allocation.
